Registering a Purchase Invoice with Tafakor Pardazan AI Assistant

This real screen recording shows a purchase invoice being registered in Tafakor Pardazan Accounting with the help of Tafakor Pardazan AI Assistant.

What the video shows:

• The user gives the assistant a purchase-invoice PDF and writes, in Persian, “register this purchase invoice”.
• The assistant reads the document and presents an execution plan: create the supplier, then register the purchase invoice with the extracted amount and details. This step needs the user’s approval, and options such as “Show me on screen”, “Execute directly” and “Approve & register” are offered.
• In the on-screen mode, the assistant opens the application’s real forms and fills the fields using a visible pointer.
• At the end, the new invoice appears in the purchase invoices list with draft status.

The video is a practical example and does not present every step as fully autonomous execution; how a task runs depends on the option the user chooses and on their permissions. The interface in the recording is in Persian. To protect privacy, the operating system’s file-selection window has been blurred.
